It's rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

One on One Health Coaching with Absolute Wellness
One on one Health coaching is all about you. During this time I will work with you to find the results you have been looking for in order to become the best version of yourself. Through my passion of helping others, healthy eating and fitness I will
structure a program best suited for you. Agreeing to this program can be done on a 3 or 6 month basis. Both programs offer (2) 60 minute monthly consultations a time that is most convenient for you. This can be done virtually or locally.

Fit and Healthy 30 day jumpstart
If you want a weight loss strategy that allows you to maintain your results, it needs to cover 3 critical bases: It needs to be right for your tastebuds. It lets you enjoy your favorite meals ( in a balanced way) so that you never feel deprived. Secondly, it needs to be right for your body. It helps you feel your best so you actually feel more energy while following your lifestyle plan. Finally, it needs to be right for your life. My 30-Day Fit and healthy Jump Start Program will give you everything you need to create healthy habits that work for you and take the next steps towards being lean and confident. You'll receive weekly transformational strategies and resources on health/fitness topic of the week, for 4 weeks. Enjoy receiving motivation, tips and support as you take time to focus on you! This program also includes recipes, shopping lists and your meal plans!! What a great way to start off 2020!! Total price for this package $70.

Are you a busy parent always on the go and need help putting together a weekly meal plan that is healthy for you and your family? Or are you a person that isn't cooking for an entire family and tend to grab take out because its easier than finding recipes for 1 or 2? I can help you create weekly meal plans catered to your style of eating and number of people you are cooking for, to include recipes and grocery list!!
